Our cooling and heating units are equipped with precision cooling & heating technology ranging from 37 - 106 degrees Fahrenheit. We offer a 3/4 horsepower & 1 horsepower Wi-Fi enabled unit allowing you to set and maintain the exact temperature you desire for optimal cold or hot therapy benefits.

In order to accommodate the high demand, we ship out the Plunge and Unit separately. Generally, our goal is to ship the Plunge as soon as possible, allowing you to begin your plunging experience without any unnecessary wait times.
Typical delivery time is around 7 days after being shipped. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!
All Penguin Pod plunges are back by our 1-Year warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions that may occur during the first year of use.
