As a result of high demand and supply chain backorders, your order will take approximately 4-5 weeks to be processed. It's important to acknowledge that our average lead time of 4-5 weeks is faster than the industry average of 8-10 weeks.

In most cases, we will send the portable plunge separately from the chiller to allow you to begin plunging while your chiller is on its way.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive individual tracking numbers for both the plunge and chiller.

Please note that a tracking number will not be provided immediately upon order placement.

Our average shipping duration is around 7 days, though actual delivery times may vary based on the customer's location in the United States.
